Roma, 22 July 2024 During the party to celebrate the recognition of Cultura Italiæ as UNESCO ONG, Professor Siciliano receives the Genio Award "as the father of Italian robotics". The venue of Museo del Genio has been chosen to confer this award to those who, with their talent, honor the Italian genius by contributing to the technological growth of humanity as done by their illustrious predecessors whose most important works are kept inside the museum.

The project "EndoTheranostics — Multi-sensor Eversion Robot Towards Intelligent Endoscopic Diagnosis and Therapy" is focused on a theranostic robotic colonoscopy.
